- Your username will be kept hidden by default from other users if you sign up without a referrer.

ADVERTISEMENTS
- Incentria is not responsible for any of the contents in advertisements shown at Incentria. This applies to all advertisement information we may display.
- It's your responsibility when you click an advertisement link, click a link inside the advertisement page or browse its contents.
- All advertisements are the responsibility of its advertiser and you must comply to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

Terms Of Service
1 Members must log in
at least once every 90 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members
could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance and
advertising credits. For security reasons we do not remove accounts.
Please do not contact us requesting an account removal. Please note that
in the case where your account is suspended for inactivity, you may
contact us at any moment and request its reactivation.
2 You must speak and
understand English in order to use our services. You must use English
when advertising or communicating on our site.
3 You may only have one
account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your
accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If
you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request
for it to be e-mailed to you.
4 Auto-Click/Software.
If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized
third party software or services used to auto-click, ad-alert, or
circumvent or defraud Incentria.com your account will be terminated
without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations
results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action
may also be initiated.
5 Having a username that we deem inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.
6 You must be 16 years
of age or older to participate in Incentria.com. Incentria.com is open
to US and International members and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
7 Your registration
information such as your name and country of residence must be correct
and genuine. Deliberately providing false information can lead to the
suspension of your account.
8 The use of Proxies or VPNs to login or use this service is strictly prohibited and can lead to the suspension of your account
9 You may not promote
your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure
to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
Incentria, and may result in legal prosecution. Incentria strictly
enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately
and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held
liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and
investigations that may arise from the spamming incident.
10 You cannot sell
your Incentria.com account or transfer it to another member. Also you
may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
11 If you close your account, you have a 7 days window to restore it, after which it will be permanently closed.
