User Account:
1.1.You are not allowed to create more than 1 account per person,
household or I.P. address. Any attempt to create more than one account
will lead to the termination of all of them.1.2. After 30 days of inactivity your account Earnings will be cleared. If an account is inactive for 60 days your Earning, Referrals and Advertising credits will be cleared.
1.3. We do not allow the use of Proxy servers to view ads on our site - this will cause account suspension.
1.4. Accounts are not transferable.
Referrals:
2.1. You may refer as many people as you want. We don't have any referral limits for all memberships2.2. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or brought.
2.3. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses and IP addresses.
2.4. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.5. We do not guarantee activity for the referrals that are sold at Cashtream.com and nor do we replace them.
Payments to Cashtream.com:
4.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted4.1. All payments made to CashTream.com are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension
4.2. We only accept payments through AlertPay, Paypal and Liberty Reserve (not always enabled).
Anti-Cheat Policy:
3.1. Any attempt to cheat/hack our system will be logged and may lead to an immediate suspension.3.2. Using auto-click, auto-surf and any-other programs/software are strictly forbidden and your account will be terminated without notice
3.3. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
3.4. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning or notice.
Payments to Users:
5.1 All payments are made by PayPal and AlertPay. No other methods are available at this moment.5.2 Your payment will be processed and issued within 3-7 days of request.
5.3 No-minimum payouts for Premium and 10 cent for Standard Members via PayPal and $1 via Al .
5.4 You can only request one payment at a time.
5.5 Users from China must buy Verification Pack in-order to be paid.
5.6 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
Advertisements:
6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating,
vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.
6.3. The website must be English.
6.4. The website must not contain or promote any viruses
6.5. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
6.6. The website must not exceed the 1 popup/pop under limit.
6.7. The website's single popup/pop under must not open any new windows.
6.8. The website's single popup/pop under must not break any of the above terms.
Refund Policy:
7.1. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items
are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to
solve any problems you may have.
Liability:
8.1.Cashtream.com will not be liable for delays or failure in
performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor
dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause,
whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.8.2. Cashtream.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice.
8.3. Cashtream.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
Subject to change:
9.1.This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this
agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a
notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have
changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need
